Vision, Mission & Values — 50 min
Exploring how organisational values shape everyday decisions. Staff connect personal values to shared purpose and reflect on how values show up in practice.
Person‑Centred Approaches — 25 min
A practical look at strengths‑based, choice‑led support. Real examples help staff build confidence in applying person‑centred principles consistently.
Break — 10 min
Safeguarding & Positive Behavioural Support — 25 min
A focused refresher on recognising concerns, responding appropriately, and understanding behaviour as communication. Emphasis on proactive, preventative strategies that promote dignity and autonomy.
Team Communication, Collaboration & Reflective Practice — 50 min
Strengthening team relationships through effective communication, shared problem‑solving, and reflective practice. Supports a culture of openness, accountability, and continuous improvement.
