We meet to Assess Training Needs
This meeting will help us understand exactly what support you and your team require. To shape the training effectively, I’ll ask you to share your Vision, Mission Statement, and Values, as these form the foundation we build upon.
Delivery
I will facilitate the training in a way that creates space for meaningful discussion, shared learning, and genuine collaboration. Together, we’ll explore ideas, challenge assumptions, and build practical approaches that fit your organisation’s needs.
At the end of the session, we’ll agree on clear, achievable outcomes to be completed afterwards, ensuring the learning continues and embeds into everyday practice.
Drive Forward
A 40min online check‑in 6weeks post training is designed to revisit the training tasks, celebrate successes, and explore any challenges.
