With over 35 years in senior decision‑making roles across retail, hospitality, and social care, I now work as an independent trainer, coach, and mentor, specialising in skills development, behavioural change, team dynamics, and leadership growth.

My career has always centred on people. I’ve spent decades listening deeply to customers, teams, stakeholders, and partners, understanding not only what they do, but why they do it. That insight now underpins my approach to training: practical, human, and grounded in real‑world experience.

I bring a calm, thoughtful presence and a solutions‑focused mindset to every session. I’m comfortable working with managers, leaders, and teams navigating complex challenges, balancing commercial priorities with the human needs that sit underneath them.

My work is built on trust, curiosity, and meaningful conversation. I don’t just connect with people, I help them move forward with clarity and confidence.
