When you join JIGSAW you join a community and in a community we all help each other. We support each other in group sessions, showing empathy and acceptance every step of the way. Within these sessions, ideas and suggestions flow freely, each one helping to improve the service and the journey for every individual. Remember, journaling is an exploration, a chance to discover insights about yourself and your experiences with the encouragement and understanding of those around you.
