After 35+ years in decision-making roles across retail, hospitality, and social care, I’m taking a purposeful new direction as a trainer, coach & mentor. Throughout my career, one thing has stayed constant: people. I’ve spent decades listening to customers, teams, stakeholders, and partners—understanding not just what they do, but why they do it. That curiosity, combined with real-world leadership experience, has shaped how I work today: building trust quickly, seeing the bigger picture, and turning conversations into practical solutions. My background means I’m comfortable operating at decision-making level, balancing commercial realities with human needs. I bring a calm, thoughtful presence, an out-of-the-box mindset, and a solution-focused approach to every relationship I manage. I don’t just connect people—I help them move forward.
